This 2023 Ford Bronco DR is one of 50 off-road race trucks produced by Ford Performance in collaboration with Multimatic Motorsports of Ontario, Canada, and is one of a reported two examples finished in a tribute “Big Oly” livery. The truck is built on a modified Ford Bronco U725 chassis with resin transfer molded fiberglass bodywork, and power is provided by a 5.0-liter Coyote V8 linked to a 10R80 10-speed automatic transmission, an electronically shifted dual-range transfer case, and front and rear locking differentials. Equipment includes Multimatic suspension components with remote-reservoir dampers, 17″ beadlock alloy wheels, Alcon disc brakes, a Rigid Industries 40″ light bar, tubular steel bumpers, Recaro racing seats with Sparco harnesses, a helmet ventilation system, an ICOM SAT 100 radio, Lowrance GPS navigation, and a MoTeC data acquisition system with telemetry readouts. Ordered new by the current owner, this Bronco DR is offered on dealer consignment in Arizona with a Multimatic Motorsports certificate, a build sheet, and a bill of sale.

The Ford Bronco DR was announced in November 2021 by Ford and Multimatic Motorsports, and the companies collaborated on a limited production run of 50 units with planned delivery dates starting in late 2022. This example is finished in a gold, black, and white “Big Oly” livery. Additional equipment includes a roll cage, a Rigid Industries RSD-series Pro 40″ light bar, tubular steel bumpers, side steps, roof rails, rock lights, high- and low-level lighting, side and rooftop air scoops, and a removable engine cover. The truck is not equipped with doors or window glass.
Black-finished 17″ beadlock alloy wheels are mounted with BFGoodrich Baja T/A KR3 tires measuring 37×12.5″. The vehicle is equipped with a tire pressure monitoring system.
Stopping power is from Baja Race Package-specific six-piston calipers fitted over four-wheel Alcon grooved and ventilated disc brakes.
The reinforced chassis is equipped with Multimatic aluminum lower control arms and remote-reservoir adjustable spool valve dampers, which results in 15.7″ of suspension travel up front and 17.4″ out back. The setup provides 11.8″ of ground clearance, while Radflo front and rear hydraulic bump stops are fitted with pressure sensors that feed the data acquisition system.
The race-prepared cockpit houses Recaro Pro Racer ORV-XL seats trimmed in black vinyl and outfitted with Sparco safety harnesses. Additional equipment includes a helmet and driver ventilation kit, a rearview camera, a satellite kit, an ICOM SAT 100 radio, a Lowrance HDS 9 GPS navigation system, a siren, and a MoTeC data acquisition system with a device control panel and telemetry readouts.

Amazing build but pretty limited buyer pool in full race trim. Now if you could do sports dropoff and grocery getting without climbing through the windows and wearing a helmet we might have something! 🤣

Obviously, I was referring to the guy who originally asked if it was raced. Not sure of any offroad races that are less then a couple hundred miles. So asking if it’s been raced was an odd question due to the mileage.

@Ksmith96 This has been responded to in previous comments if you scroll down and even the owner @RyanWalsh34 (dealer principle of Ford store) of this Bronco DR chimed into the auction. Never raced! This Bronco DR was driven about 9 miles to our photo spot and 9 miles back. Total of 18 miles put on it during its time here with us for photos and video. We do not know how many miles these Bronco DR's come with when they are delivered from the Multimatic factory.

@Button There are some companies out there that have converted these to road legal street use. I was told today there is a YouTuber that converted his Bronco DR to street use. I know Bruce Canepa has done one as well.
