The E34 540i served as the V8-powered flagship of BMW's 5 Series in the early-to-mid 1990s. Finished in Oxford Green Metallic over a Parchment leather interior, this 1995 example pairs the 4.0-liter V8 with a 5-speed automatic transmission and is equipped with a sunroof, fog lights, 15" Style 7 wheels, power-adjustable front seats, dual-zone climate control, an onboard computer, and cruise control. Modifications include an aerodynamic body kit and a rear muffler delete. First registered in Florida before relocating to Canada in 2002 and acquired by the current owner in 2024, this E34 is now being offered for auction in Canada showing approximately 90k miles on the odometer.
Finished in Oxford Green Metallic, this 540i has been fitted with an aerodynamic body kit comprising a front bumper, side skirts, and a rear diffuser, along with a lower front spoiler, Hella headlight covers, and a forward-hinged hood. The seller indicates that the trunk was refinished and that the paint was corrected and ceramic-coated. It rides on 15" Style 7 alloy wheels mounted with 225/60R15 tires from 2025 that are described as being in nearly new condition. The cabin is upholstered in Parchment leather, including the power-adjustable front seats and the rear bench, and is described by the seller as very clean with no rips or cracks. The 4.0-liter M60B40 V8 was factory rated at 282 HP and 295 lb-ft of torque, sending power to the rear wheels through a 5-speed automatic transmission. Modifications include a rear muffler delete. Braking is handled by four-wheel disc brakes with an anti-lock braking system. The seller reports that an oil change was performed in preparation for the sale.
