All the money. Hard pass on paying a $100K ADM to any dealer. Greed beyond belief, which Porsche allows to occur.

@ Ghost99 I would say its at the top unless you want to Track a car everyday. The 911 Turbo S dose it all. It is an every day driver that is great on the Track and on a long drive. It is powerfull then the GT3 and more comfortable.

The Turbo S in my opinion is a great bridge in the middle ground between higher and lower end Porsches.

@ LaserGuru1948 Porsche's build quality is amazing. The interior is well done. The yellow seatbelts and clock, with the yellow stiching and yellow lined floormats really works. You have to see to really get it. Beautifully done.

The 2026 911 Turbo S is a game changer. It’s the fastest production Porsche they have ever made. The engineers at Porsche really did something special. There is something to be said about the first release of a new power platform. No belts, a 3.6-liter engine that is lower to the ground engine so a better center of gravity and no Turbo lag. 0 to 60 in under 2.2 sec and it is actually over 701 Horsepower as Porsche always understates its numbers.

Okay, so it is the last day and last few hours. I am available for any questions. I know there has been a lot of talk on this auction about the ADM. Frankly I spent a lot of time before making this purchase and afterwards before listing this car contacting almost all 2026 Turbo S that have been listed for sale. I have not found any that were willing to work at MSRP. In fact, all have asked for one, and some were over 100K. As I have posted earlier, I have used AI to do a market analysis and have confirmed that it is true on all listings. Perhaps since then they have softened a bit, but not much. For those that are interested I have attached an image of that query report result in the gallery. Now some say you should not play that game, I say you can get this car, the first 911 Turbo S with this power system that makes it the fastest production vehicle Porsche has produced for less than what the dealers want with their MSRP and ADM. Please note that as I have stated earlier, I added with Full Track PPF and Ceramic Window Tinting on all windows at a cost of $11,000 with a lifetime warranty (invoices also in the gallery) Thank you for your bids.. GLWTA!

Does anyone know what will be the number of production on this model?
Turbowned
Aug 1, 2026 · 03:32
Even if this goes over MSRP (which I expect it to; if you want to wait a year or more you can get one at sticker), at least you're not losing six figures to depreciation in the first 12 months like every British marque and some of the Italians. If you can afford the price of entry, the cost of ownership is relatively low by comparison.

Aug 1, 2026 · 02:23
This is an amazing car, not doubt, but IMHO the sweet spot in the current lineup for a new car is the 4S. Option the Aerokit, and it's 90% of the "Turbo" for half the price? Just my opinion.
Lbrezenoff (The Seller)
Aug 1, 2026 · 02:12
@leftlane11 Actually if you calculate the anticipated appreciation, or the lower depreciation as compared to other cars of the same caliber with the cost of interest on a loan for the ownership period, you might make money buying this one or at least I would like to believe so. These cars a wonderful to own and drive. Anyway, thank you for the positive comment on its looks. The car is a dream to drive. It lets one be so much more capable of a challenging road as it helps augment your driving skills to a higher level.

@MBolour A PTS 2027 TurboS allocation at a $25k ADM is not something I would have cancelled. If you pick the color and options strategically you would get your money out of it easy.
Scottcrystal
Jul 31, 2026 · 12:26
@MBolour I would also be interested. I do know that PTS allocation often has lower ADM's then an already in route vehicle because the dealership has a higher profit margin

@MBolour
Saw your comment below. If you’ve truly passed on that allocation and don’t mind sharing the dealer’s name, I’d appreciate it. I’m a serious buyer and I think that 25k adm is about the current market. I would be interested in speaking with them.
Scottcrystal
Jul 31, 2026 · 08:14
@porsche1986 I may be new here but not new at this. Happy to help LOL... I thought you may have already known that sometimes bidding closer to the going market price gets one the ability to win on a car. Let’s face it, the ADMs on cars like this one are a reality. I have been working on buying one for some time. Because "refuse to pay one" hasn’t work for me thus far with every dealership I have contacted to buy one, but thanks for the advice... I will keep trying.

Jul 30, 2026 · 02:53
@bananaboat: Not an intentional flip... I just think it best to offer one on auction. Thank you for your bids thus far. Please know that the 2026 Turbo S are hard to get. If you are lucky enough to have one offered to you, expect an ADM nearing 100K over MSRP. I did do a AI market analysis (in the picture gallery). If someone is a true buyer of this kind of car and wants Porsches’ newest and fastest production model, this may be your best opportunity without having to get on a list, or buy several other cars first from the dealership and even then, still pay a $100K ADM. I got delivered a Targa 4 GTS before this one and thought I would sell that, but it didn't get the price I wanted so I am offering this wonderful 911 Turbo S. I believe this is someone's best chance to get one beautifully optioned. Besides the MSRP of $310,660 paying taxes and an ADM, I put $11,000 in Full Body Track PPF, Ceramic window tinting on all windows and Ceramic treatment including the wheels with a lifetime warranty from Ceramic Pro (invoices are also in the picture gallery). I'm not letting go without getting the right number, but it is truly an amazing next step in evolution in the Porsche brand. This Hybrid system is seamless to the driver. It delivers pure performance exhilaration. Thank you for your bids...[

@porsche1986 Thanks for your good wishes. This car is truly amazing. Anyone that drives it will understand why it's the right next leap in evolution for the 911 and the Porsche brand. The Hybrid system is seamless and it's there only to enhance performance and power. I did add $11,000 in PPF Full Track and Ceramic treatments. I have barbied the car since it is under 1,000 miles so it's broken in properly. If I don't get my price i'll figure out a way to keep it because it is really that great. Anyone that has not experienced its performance can't critique or judge why the engineers took this next step. They really did an amazing job.and it's a game changer.

I am everyone knows that most dealerships are adding up to 100K ADM on these cars If even they have an allocation to sell or have a vehicle arriving. I call every dealership that lists the new arrivals and have tested there willingness to negotiate. In addition I have used AI to do a market analysis and have confirend that it is currently true on all listings. for those that are interested I have attached an image of that query report result.

When 992.2 Hybrid Turbo S was announce, even at the price MSRP price tag, my local dealership had a 10+ wait list. Drove the hybrid 4S model which was already faster then my 2015 Turbo S. Can't imagine how fast and refined the new Turbo S feels. Really hope for the price, people just drive the heck out of these new ones. Real shame to see them sit.

Nice car.. it does everything very well. Comfortable day to day while performing unlike 99% of other cars. However, I truly think this TOO good. It’s too refined that it lacks the driving *experience* that people have bought 911’s for - I would rather a 991 turbo s, or even a 997 turbo s simply because this is too much for the street and those retain physical buttons, tach, key turn to start - Great for bragging rights, though! I’m curious to see how the t-hybrid system holds up long term (I’m skeptical 🧐) GLWTA
