While I agree with most comments on the collectibility and inflation etc. I don’t see this car becoming half million plus very soon. I think people are starting to realize we are in a car market bubble now, and Alfa Romeo just doesn’t have the brand name like Ferrari to boost buyer confidence. Especially for NA Alfa is a niche brand with relatively smaller buyer pool, you’d need real number of avid Alfa fans to drive the market which I doubt there is.
It’s just sad that alfa (and Maserati) is shadowed by Ferrari since Fiat era, so much potential for these so beautiful cars, but they were forced to do sub par vehicles to leave room for high luxury segment because bettering Ferrari is almost politically incorrect now
@afterthedecline The new Maserati gran turismo is based on the same Giorgio platform Giulia/stevio is on. Corporate politics if you would like to call it that way, same thing the "Alfa 6c" became the MC20
