25k-Mile 1999 Ferrari F355 Spider F1 Serie Fiorano

Introduced for the 1999 model year as a final limited-production version of the F355 Spider, the Ferrari F355 Serie Fiorano was developed to deliver performance closer to the Challenge variants, featuring a Competizione-derived handling package, a Challenge-sourced steering rack, drilled and ventilated brake discs with competition pads, revised ECU calibration, carbon-fiber interior trim, and a suede-wrapped steering wheel. Designated as #15 of 100 U.S.-market examples, this car is finished in Giallo Modena over a black interior and equipped with a 6-speed F1 electrohydraulic paddle-shift transmission paired with its 3.5-liter DOHC V8. It has undergone extensive refurbishment, including a major engine-out service in 2024 with the replacement of timing belts, tensioners, seals, clutch components, and the installation of ceramic-coated Fabspeed headers. Previously registered in New York and Florida before being imported to Canada in 2014, this rare F355 Serie Fiorano is now being offered for auction with approximately 25k miles showing on the odometer.
The Pininfarina-designed bodywork is finished in Giallo Modena and features Serie Fiorano-specification Scuderia fender shields and a Challenge-style rear grille. Additional equipment includes pop-up headlamps, side air intakes, a vented engine cover, quad exhaust outlets, red brake calipers, and black-painted 18” five-spoke magnesium wheels mounted with new Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The exterior is described as being in excellent condition, benefitting from a multi-stage paint correction followed by ceramic coating. Paint protection film has been applied to the front end, including the front quarter panels, rocker panels, and side mirrors. The seller reports the underside panels have been refinished, and weather seals are in excellent condition, with the window trim at the mirror bases replaced with new OEM Ferrari parts. The front bumper, hood, and mirrors have been refinished to address cosmetic imperfections. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a CARFAX report noting an accident in 2000, which the seller states was limited to a cosmetic scratch on the bumper, supported by an appraisal report, as no insurance claim was filed.
The cabin is trimmed in black Connolly leather and features carbon-fiber trim on the door sills, center console, auxiliary gauge cluster, and F1 paddle shifters, along with a suede-wrapped steering wheel as part of the Serie Fiorano specification. Additional amenities include drilled aluminum pedals, black floor mats with yellow Ferrari emblems, power windows and mirrors, automatic climate control, and a Ferrari-branded audio system. The interior is reported to be in excellent overall condition, with well-preserved leather and no sticky-touch deterioration noted. All systems and factory features are said to function as intended.
The mid-mounted 3.5-liter DOHC V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, five valves per cylinder, and Bosch Motronic engine management with a revised Serie Fiorano ECU calibration, factory-rated at approximately 375 HP and paired with a 6-speed F1 electrohydraulic transmission driving the rear wheels. As a Serie Fiorano example, it incorporates a Competizione-derived suspension setup and Challenge-sourced steering rack, along with ventilated and cross-drilled brake discs fitted with competition-grade pads. Service completed in early 2024 included an engine-out major with replacement of timing belts, tensioners, water pump, camshaft and front main seals, valve cover gaskets, engine mount bushings, oil lines, and clutch components. Ceramic-coated and titanium-wrapped Fabspeed headers have been installed, while the catalytic converters remain in place and the original exhaust manifolds are included in the sale.
The sale includes a Canadian registration, the original car cover, a tonneau cover for the convertible top, the owner’s manual housed in a leather folio, and a leather tool kit containing the complete factory toolset along with spare bulbs and an accessory belt.
