@RacerX1979 I was just commenting on your first statement "Convertibles are NEVER as valuable as their hardtop siblings" but then state it's all about production numbers. In fact, neither one is the rule. They made more Modena coupes than spiders but coupes will bring more money (I think? Don't follow the market). Regardless, still agree that irrespective of value, convertibles are always the wrong answer if a coupe is available.
@RacerX1979 while I agree wholeheartedly regarding ‘spiders’ aka convertibles (I despise them), they’re far from always the less expensive option. 16M, the various ‘Apertas’ are all valued more than their coupe counterparts. All comes down to rarity, not necessarily the better car.
