@F50gta FYI, when I took my 430 in for the cap replacement the dealer used this visit to attempt to pry more money from me by offering a "safety inspection".

Absolutely gorgeous recreation however we're I involved in the build and assessing the interior I would have said "we need to shift the steering wheel forward 2-3 inches". The driver in the video looks kind of uncomfortable.
Having owned a 430 with Tubi exhaust it is interesting how much bass is in this car's exhaust note. A few more hp here than a 430 and they sound quiet different. Not bad, just different...
$65k labor to install $3k in parts. Thinking a lot of the labor was disassembly....even with the engine out this seems excessive.

@Pista2020 Well I bought probably the most expensive 08 F430 spider (MSRP of $316k) in the country in 2021 for $159,999. I sold in Oct. 2025 for $186k. After expenses I broke even - very happy.
During this past Qtr my investments grew $220k. Did I lose money in the 1st qtr - yes. But still way ahead for the year. I'll take paper assets over cars any day.
@bryanpr1969 Even my 08 F430 if I pulled the paddle from 2nd to 3rd at 6,000 rpm would slam us back into the seats in sport mode. Must be more violent in race mode which I never used :-( These Scud's only have 20 more hp.
