I assume you are aware if the title is in the name of the owner you are consigning the car for, the buyer, if a Az Res., doesn't have to pay sales tax when Registering the car. If the owner signed title over to your dealership just say so. If that's the case then you are not actually consigning the car. I'm truly interested in the car but refuse to pay sales tax on a 6 digit used car.
