But, it's extremely disappointing that you were not in Ferrari management in Modena back in 2003/2004 when they sold the 360 Spiders F1 with window stickers at $195K (with some options) and the 2004 360 challenge Stradale with window stickers at the same $195K. They knew, perfectly well that productions were going to be 1288 vs 7570 respectively. They missed, big time, to cost all that list of amazing improvements, upgrades and "tolerances" and missed to window sticker those Stradales at least at $400K back then. I am glad that they produced only 1288 Stradales. At that price back in 2004, it would have been Ferrari's bankruptcy if they went for 8000 of those.
Only for my education. This car was sold in 2004 for $195K (window sticker) and it has now 11K miles. There is now a 10.8K miles 2003 360 Spider F1 that I know perfectly well which was sold in 2003 for $195K also (window sticker). So, in 2003/2004, those two cars cost the same ~$195K brand new. At that time, they knew that 7,570 360 Spiders were going to be produced and that 1,288 360 Challenge Stradale were going to be produced. Those two cars cost the same $195K back then. Why today, that Spider I am talking about cost $100K - $150K and this Challenge Stradale is going to be sold at $800K?
