@fuelieguy- good observation. I did think it was quite odd that a car of this quality had not been judged and or certified in any way either from the original builder or the subsequent owners afterwards. You don’t see that very often from a car that presents itself this well. Not sure what to make of it. Maybe just owners enjoying the car and not interested in the car show scene. IDK.

@oaibob - I asked some reliable sources and here is what I found. The shipping sequence number or production control number is often rubber-stamped or typed near the top right of most original 1963 window stickers, however , Not every surviving original sticker has that number.Some plants or clerks omitted it. Some stickers lost it due to fading, water damage, or light stamping. And The stamp was often applied separately from the printed sticker. So some have the six digit numbers and some apparently do not. As for the radio, while you are correct about the intro of the am/fm in Feb, it’s not clear when it became completely standard and there doesn’t seem to be much supporting data for when it did. So seems to me to be plausible this is a correct. The couple people I spoke to believe the window sticker has a high likelihood of being original. But you should not take my findings as gospel. Again, GM strikes again with incredible inconsistencies. Hope this helps.

I know you said in the comments that you have the original window sticker, but I just have to clarify again as the original opening description of the car above states a window sticker photocopy along with clean Montana title is provided. So you have in hand the original window sticker that goes with the sale? Sorry for the redundancy but the opening statement is odd.
