40k-Mile 2001 Ferrari 360 Spider
Presentation
The Ferrari 360 introduced the marque's first all-aluminum spaceframe chassis and body for extreme weight savings, and in Spider form paired its mid-mounted V8 with exhilarating open-top motoring. Finished in Rosso Corsa over a Beige Tradizione leather interior, this 2001 Ferrari 360 Spider is equipped with a 6-speed F1 electrohydraulic sequential transaxle, a limited-slip differential, Scuderia fender shields, Capristo exhaust system, a Challenge-style rear grille, Cavallino-embossed headrests, and more. Benefiting from a recent timing belt service and oil change, this 360 Spider is now being offered for auction in Florida with approximately 40k miles showing on the odometer.
The Pininfarina-designed aluminum body is finished in traditional Rosso Corsa and features a black convertible soft top, xenon headlights, Scuderia Ferrari fender shields, transparent polycarbonate engine cover, a Challenge-style rear grille, and quad exhaust outlets. The car rides on silver 18" five-spoke alloy wheels mounted with Continental ExtremeContact tires installed in 2026. Detailed images are provided in the gallery along with a clean CARFAX report.
The power-adjustable bucket seats are trimmed in Beige Tradizione leather with embossed Cavallino-embossed headrests and silver-painted accents. Amenties consist of automatic climate control, drilled aluminum pedal covers, power windows, column-mounted paddle shifters, and a Bluetooth-capable Pioneer stereo. The seller notes that the driver-side door lever was recently repaired.
The mid-mounted 3.6-liter Tipo F131 V8 features a flat-plane crankshaft, dry-sump lubrication, dual overhead camshafts, and five valves per cylinder, and was factory rated at 400 HP and 275 lb-ft of torque. Power is sent to the rear wheels through a 6-speed F1 electrohydraulic sequential transaxle and a limited-slip differential, and braking is handled by red Ferrari-branded calipers over cross-drilled and ventilated rotors at each corner. A Capristo exhaust system has been fitted. The seller notes the transaxle mounts were replaced in 2021 and that service in 2026 included a timing-belt service with new tensioners, replacement mass-airflow sensors, accessory drive belts, and spark plugs, along with an oil change and an air-conditioning service.
This sale will include a clean title, owner's manuals, a toolkit, a copy of the window sticker, and a recent service invoice.

Given the crazy prices on F430s lately I can’t blame for trying to get that kind of money.

Nice car, but $ 108k for an open high miles 360 is a little optimistic

Welcome ladies and gentleman to our gorgeous 2001 Ferrari 360 Spider Auction! This one is quite special because it’s finished in the classic red/beige Ferrari example. The previous owners definitely maintained the car, as you can tell.
We have also just spent just about $6,100 ON THIS CAR!!! We did a belt service, new MAFS, Coils and Sparks, and repaired the door lever by a very reputable Ferrari shop down here in South FL!
This car is 100% ready to go for its next owner and beyond!!!! We were also able to plug in a computer to this to measure clutch wear and there is 74% CLUTCH LIFE REMAINING!!!!
Again, as i said, this car is READY TO GO.
I don’t have to say much about how good of a car the 360 is, I’m sure everyone here already knows how raw of a car this is and how well these cars drive. I am very emotional to see this one go, but I am happy that the next owner will (hopefully) enjoy this thing as much as we enjoyed looking at it!
To kick start things – I will upload a cold start video in a couple moments, and will be monitoring the auction through its closing, Please let us know if there is anything you’d like to see uploaded and we will try to get it done for you!
Thank u all and good luck!
